Prior to the meeting, members received a presentation from Robert Henry, Director of Qld Alliance for Agriculture & Food Innovation (QAAFI) about the challenges in food production the world faces in coming years and what QAAFI is doing to help.
I had to seek an amendment to the minutes of the April meeting to add the point I'd made that any future proposals for fee rises take account of the profit made from fees, now that the loans for construction of parking infrastructure have been paid off. The amendment was approved.

A relatively straightforward meeting. Senate will be holding a half-day strategic planning retreat at the Gatton campus in August.
